CHSPSC, LLC seeks a Manager, Corporate Accounting for its Franklin, TN, headquarters Corporate Accounting team.
Summary: The Manager, Corporate Accounting position, supports the company by assisting the Director of Corporate Accounting with monthly close responsibitilies, internal financial reporting and other special projects
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Complete monthly close responsibilities which include determining month-end accruals and preparing other journal entries and account reconciliations.
Prepare and distribute monthly overhead report to department heads.
Review monthly activity of physician income guarantees and reconcile balances to online tool used to monitor accounts; support hospitals on proper accounting in accordance with policy.
Prepare quarterly reports for senior management.
Assist with the calculation of corporate and hospital incentive bonuses.
Provide requested data to external and internal auditors.
Provide other support to the Director of Corporate Accounting by completing special projects and other periodically assigned duties.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong data management and analytical skills that include intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including working with complex worksheets and formulas. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Access and Oracle ESSBASE strongly preferred.

Certificates and Licenses:
• CPA required
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or Accounting
• 5 years relevant experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
