Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist position offers the opportunity to focus on hospital leadership recruiting within the executive recruiting team. This position primarily supports the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition who leads our financial talent acquisition efforts. It requires outstanding people/customer service skills, strong administrative & organizational skills as well as an ability and desire to further develop recruiting capabilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Source candidates through cold calling, networking, referrals, and web sourcing. Actively network to produce internal and external referrals.
•Actively work with Sr. Manager to identify and match candidates for Executive level openings.
•Foster strong working relationships by providing outstanding customer service on recruitment and retention.
•Develop sourcing strategies to identify candidates for critical and difficult-to-fill searches.
•Develop new external candidates to support the talent pipeline for the financial function.
•May be required to take full responsibility for filling Hospital Administration openings.
•May also assist with various other key management searches when needed.
•Screen and present candidates for selection to key management. This includes posting positions, phone interviewing, reference checking, management of the interview process, and constant communications with the candidates and the recruiting team.
•Provide administrative and recruiting support.
•Maintain recruiting reports, new hire follow up schedule, and new hire corporate gifts.
•Maintain CRM database with updated candidate information, schedule retention calls, and follow up calls/emails
•Conduct pre-screening phone interviews for candidates and coordinate hospital interviews.
•A four year in classroom Bachelor s Degree in business, HR or related field preferred.
•At least 1 year work experience. HR, recruiting, customer service or administrative role strongly preferred.
•Master s degree preferred.
•Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
•General knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations preferred
•Taleo ATS experience preferred.
•Strong interpersonal skills
