Offer support to existingstaff on all assigned duties and assisting with current goals. Manage communications so all staff is notified of anychanges, updates, etc. Handle projects assigned by Supervisor orManager and assist other members of the team with their projects, as needed. Stay current on Insurance updates and guidelines Provide customerphone support for staff, when necessary

Qualifications

Highschool degree or equivalent

Mustbe detailed oriented and able to multitask. Computer skills necessary. Experience with medical billing software preferred. Knowledge of EOBs, EFTs and ERAs, CPT andICD-10 Reference guides preferred. Staffmanagement experience a plus.
