CHSPSC, LLC seeks a Operations Analyst - Systems for its Antioch, TN, headquarters Supply Chain Materials Management team.
Summary: This position is primarily responsible for supporting testing and documentation of the Lawson operational systems as it relates to the business owners in the Supply Chain Service (SCS) Center. The team works in coordination with IS to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. This position will assist the operations team to ensure Lawson integrated facilities are able to successfully perform all necessary procure to pay activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Performs testing for system enhancements, patches, updates across all SCS and facility operations.
•Collaborates with SCS Managers to identify testing scenarios.
•Assists with testing and documenting system enhancements and upgrades.
•Measures and monitors the outcome of system enhancements, patches, updates across all SCS and facility operations.
•Works with IS to assist with troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
•Assists SCS Managers to identify and resolve escalated issues or opportunities for process improvements.
•Support initiatives to improve facility Supply Chain performance over a multi-year horizon.
•Acts as a partner to other Supply Chain departments by working effectively in a highly matrixed and relationship driven culture.
•Maintain a high degree of communication, cooperation and coordination with facilities and user departments regarding facility supply chain operations support activities.
•Implement and measure performance metrics targeted at measuring customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
•Deliver effective, timely communication on all issues both internally and externally.
•Cultivate a customer service focused culture.

•High School diploma or equivalent.
•3 years experience in Supply Chain / Systems Testing preferred.
•Experience in Information Systems preferred.
•Procure to Pay process experience preferred.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
•Lawson or ERP experience a plus.
