Our Charge Registered Nurses provide safe, quality care to our patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. They supervise the patient care team, coordinating patient care assignments, evaluating assignments, and facilitates patient throughput. Under the leadership of the Clinical Manager and/or Director of Nursing, the Charge RN is responsible for managing the direct care of assigned patients while adhering to the performance standards of the nursing practice. Coordinates and evaluates patient care assignments and facilitates patient throughput.
Current FL RN License;
Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications;
Graduate of accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred;
Must have at least three (3) years acute care RN experience
