Community Health Systems Service/Admin Coord in Venice, Florida
Effectively manages productivity, customer relations and inventory in one of the laboratory offices. Has responsibility for training new employees and actively works along side employees performing all duties of a phlebotomist, specimen processor and customer service representative. Maintains good communication with management, employees and clients.
Must be able to perform and supervise others performing the duties of registration, phlebotomy and customer service. Must have a minimum of five years phlebotomy experience. Must be able to effectively coordinate office functions to provide excellent customer service. Must be able to work independently and motivate employees to perform effectively.
Five years of phlebotomy experience.
Phlebotomy certification or certification in a related healthcare area preferred
