Description:

This position is responsible for providing professional business management to the clinics by managing all aspects of the business functions, providers and the clinic staff.

Bachelor s degree in Business, Hospital Administration or related field required a Master s degree is preferred. Three years in Healthcare management capacity is required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience including at least 3-5 years experience managing a multi discipline practice with multiple locations. Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and systems. Working knowledge of clinic office procedures. Knowledge of computer & billing systems and applications. Knowledge of medical practices and terminology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Correspondence, reporting skills and financial and operational analysis skills. Skills in planning, organizing, delegating and supervising. Skills in evaluating the effectiveness of existing methods and procedures. Excellent skills in organization, planning, delegating and supervisory. Skills in operating a variety of office equipment. Ability to effectively deal with patients, medical and administrative staff and the public. Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures. Excellent Physician relation skills. Marketing, advertising and business development skills. Knowledge of physician billing required. Knowledge of Athena preferred.
