Community Health Systems Information Technology Technician II - Full time in Cleveland, Tennessee
IT Technician provides technical support by performing installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computer and related software/hardware. Troubleshoots software and hardware failures and identifies network problems when related to personal desktop computers. Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps. Screens, refers, and diagnoses internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers utilizing experience and understanding of Tennova s IS environment. The technician will also provide some phone support and some back up to Help Desk Technician.
May require an associate's degree in a related area and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
