Community Health Systems Executive Assistant/Contract Coordinator in Evanston, Wyoming
This position is responsible for performing secretarial functions for the Chief Executive Officer as well as other members of executive team and assist in the preparation, review, submission, and administration of service contract proposals. Responsible for compliance and due diligence of service contracts. Secures necessary approvals and ensures that the standard company procedures are followed. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Must have a pleasant personality and ability to interact effectively with upper management, medical staff, nursing, ancillary employees, patients and the community. Must be cheerful, tactful, courteous, and be able to meet the public. Must be able to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements of working within administration and medical staff.
•Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
•Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
•Handle requests and queries appropriately
•Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
•Make travel arrangements
•Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
•Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
•Produce reports, presentations and briefs
•Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
•All other duties as assigned
Requires a high school diploma with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
