Community Health Systems Market Director - Human Resources in Fort Wayne, Indiana
Develop and implement strategies which align human resources activities and priorities with the operational and strategic short term and long term objectives. Provide HR leadership that delivers innovative, value-added counsel, resolution and remedies to HR related issues that challenge management in a manner that ensures the attraction, retention, and development of employees, through effective and credible relationship-building with manager, the Executive Team and key customers.
Bachelors degree or commensurate HR work experience and education. Masters degree perferred. Minimum of 10 years supervisory/management in HR in an acute hospital setting is required. SPHR/PHR/CHHR or CP-SHRM certification required wihtin 2 years of placement in position. Previous experience and oversight of multiple locations strongly preferred.
