Community Health Systems Transplant Director in Fort Wayne, Indiana
Under the administrative direction of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), ensures compliance with regulatory agencies impacting the transplant services product line for a 24 hour operation including inpatient, surgical, recovery and outpatient related services for the transplant patient. Develops, implements and monitors goals and objectives to most effectively integrate its technical and human resources to support the organization s mission.

If a degree is in nursing, a current state licensure as a Registered Nurse is required; certification in CPR (Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation) within 90 days of date in position.
Five years of experience in healthcare, which included three years of management experience in developing, implementing and maintaining patient care policies and procedures.
Minimum of a bachelors degree in nursing or related healthcare field. Master's degree preferred.
