CHSPSC, LLCseeks an Administrative Assistant for its Franklin, TN, headquarters Internal Audit team.


Provides primary administrative support to department members with projects as assigned. Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and otherwise relieves department members of clerical, administrative, and business detail by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities i

•Reads and routes incoming mail.

•Maintains calendar, organizes meetings, and conference calls

•Prepares reports, correspondence, and other special document/data gathering projects as needed

•Composes and types routine correspondence

•Organizes and maintains Internal Audit file system, and files correspondence and other records

•Answers telephone calls

•Coordinates manager's schedule and makes appointments

•Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person

•Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports

•Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials

•Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes

•Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance

•Collect and files Audit Reports

•Transfer files to and from SharePoint site

•Follow up with data requests

•Respond to and follow-up on Housekeeping requests

•Maintains the highest standards of confidentiality.

•Must have an eye for details and complete tasks in accordance with all requirements

•Must maintain high standards of customer service for the Internal Audit Department, including Division Administration, Facility CFOs, and other CHS stakeholders.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word word processing software and Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software.


High School diploma required; Bachelor s degree preferred. Two to three years related experience and/or training preferred.
