CHSPSC, LLC seeks a Digital Advertising Coordinator for its Franklin, TN, headquarters Marketing team.
The Digital Advertising Coordinator works under the direction of the VP, Interactive Strategy & Web Services and utilizes knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including search engine marketing (SEM) and social media to manage, implement and measure consumer engagement across digital marketing channels for hospitals and physician practices affiliated with Community Health Systems.
The Digital Advertising Coordinator will collaborate with the CHS marketing team, hospital marketing personnel, and marketing partners and vendors to develop and execute search marketing and social media marketing campaigns that support enterprise initiatives. The Digital Advertising Coordinator is also responsible for measuring and monitoring the overall performance of digital marketing campaigns and developing best practices within all aspects of digital marketing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop, track and report on KPIs and ROI for individual and enterprise digital marketing campaigns.
•Establish, set up, maintain and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google My Business and Google AdWords.
•Set up and implement conversion tracking metrics across multiple digital marketing channels.
•Work with team members to create relevant, engaging cross-channel landing page experiences.
•Increase brand awareness, patient conversion and community engagement via digital marketing and social media channels.
•Manage established timelines to ensure projects progress in a timely manner.
This position requires a solid understanding of technical integration between social media and digital marketing platforms, as well as advanced knowledge of key digital marketing platforms and associated reporting tools. Strong analytical and reasoning skills, organizational skills, project management skills, written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking skills are essential in this position. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and highly motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple activities and tasks simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience, with experience in healthcare preferred. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, and social media required. HTML and CSS knowledge and website design experience, including proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite software, and Google AdWords certification are a plus.
