CHSPSC, LLC seeks a Regional Director, Provider Relations for its Franklin, TN, headquarters Access Center Services team.
Regional Director of Provider Relations will engage closelywith corporate, market, and local hospital leadership teams to strategize andachieve volume growth. This will be accomplished by supporting the localDirectors of Professional Outreach, Director of Clinical Outreach and EMSRelations team members in their efforts to execute strategy, develop strongerreferral patterns and improve satisfaction among providers.
EssentialDuties and Responsibilities:
EnsureDPO field activities are aligned with each hospital s strategic businessobjectives.
Operationalizethe fundamentals of a successful provider relations and outreach program bytraining the teams on how to engage in: strategic planning/execution, data analysis,development of market outreach plans of action, physician on-boarding, fieldrides, coaching reports, and consistent communication with team members andhospital/market leadership.
Assistwith the hiring, training, and ongoing leadership of an enterprise-wideprovider relations team.
Assistin the deployment of Access Command Center (transfer center and bed management)operations for the market as a strategic growth tactic.
Routinelyengage all potential customer facing stakeholders to coordinate providerrelations and outreach efforts based on service line development and growthopportunities by market.
Identifyin-migration and patient retention barriers within target markets includingwhich ED admissions came from SSAs and where do we have alignment.
Assistdivision and hospital leadership in maturing a culture around market strategy,service line alignment and outreach growth with all stakeholders.
Assistin the mentoring of local service line, provider relations and EMS champions toimprove in-migration of patients and leverage the size and scale of CHS in themarket.
Developstandardized metrics for all provider relations representativesenterprise-wide.
Collaboratewith the CEOs and PPS to force rank a physician target list in order to maximizegrowth potential.
Createa “Quick Win & Opportunities report for provider relations, based onmarket intel.
Collaboratewith PPS to provide a high touch, high quality physician onboarding andsustainment model to improve physician satisfaction and retention.
Knowledgeof the operations of an acute care facility, with particular emphasis onbusiness development and hub and spoke models
Knowledgeof current healthcare drivers and competitive physician sales strategy
Knowledgeof relevant metrics used to identify regional growth opportunities
·Knowledgeof how to speak to regional stakeholders including non-CHS hospitals and ruralphysicians about their challenges and goals

RequiredEducation : Bachelor s degree in Healthcare related field
P referred Education: Master sdegree in Business or Healthcare related field
RequiredExperience: Minimum of 7years in healthcare. Minimum of 3 yearsrecent experience leading/managing sales strategies and operations; physicianrelations.
Preferred Experience : Background insupporting market wide strategies for healthcare systems; Change managementexperience.
