CHSPSC, LLC seeks a Senior Regional Director of Human Resources for its Franklin, TN, headquarters Human Resources team.

Summary: TheDivision Human Resources Senior Director provides human resources leadership,oversight and direction to support assigned facilities within specificgeographic region. This role willoversee and be accountable for the integration of Human Resources programs andassociated processes and projects at their respective hospitals and willconsult Human Resources Directors regularly. The Division HR Senior Director reports directly to the Vice Presidentof Human Resources and has a dotted line reporting structure to the respectiveDivision President.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities include thefollowing. Other duties may beassigned.

  • Consult with hospital management on performance, organizational and leadership matters

  • Facilitate communication among superiors and subordinates; provide guidance on problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance.

  • Mediate employee issues

  • Assist with planning, implementation, and on-going maintenance of employee relations, Equal Employment Opportunity for assigned group

  • Maintain knowledge of federal and state/province HR policies, programs, laws and issues

  • Administer wage classification using salary survey data, research and classify new positions working with compensation

  • Perform HR audits for consistence in overall HR policies

  • Conduct employee relations surveys periodically

  • Lend Joint Commission assistance in HR Standards

To perform this jobsuccessfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software;Spreadsheet software and Database software.

Certificates and Licenses:

Education/Experience:

  • BA required,MBA/MA preferred

  • 5-10 years seniorlevel experience within a healthcare setting required
