Community Health Systems Chest Pain Coordinator in Laredo, Texas
Responsible for promoting chest pain care based on evidence based clinical practice guidelines for chest pain. Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary health team. Maintains a strong component of patient advocacy, with day to day review and coordination of multi-disciplinary services. Provides formal and informal education for professional, technical and ancillary personnel, participates in research, and serves as a liaison between the hospital and regulatory agencies.
Nursing or education degree required. Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years medical/surgical experience. Cardiovascular experience desirable. RN license in state of practice. CPR and ACLS required.
