Community Health Systems Quality Manager in Port Charlotte, Florida
The Quality Manager is responsible for assisting theCQO/Director of Quality Management and Regulatory Compliance or designee withPI projects and QI initiatives, CMS measure abstraction and QI staff supportfor data collection.
Experience in quality improvement with accomplishedprojects. Experience in team leading and oversight for staff performancerelated to data collection. Associates Degree required.
CPHQ and BSN preferred. Minimum of 3 years in an acute care facility.Ability to demonstrate a clear working knowledge of general hospitaloperations. Knowledge of medical terminology and demonstrated proficiency incomputer skills required.
