Community Health Systems Director of Quality in Ruston, Louisiana


Oversees all aspects of the quality management function

for NLMC. Develops plans designed to improve the overall quality of the

organization's facilities and patient care services. Oversees

the implementation of quality improvement efforts designed

to improve clinical performance and maintain compliance

with JCAHO, CLIA other accreditation standards.

Responsible for planning and directing quality policies,

programs, and initiatives. Relies on extensive experience

and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a

variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A

wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to the CEO.


Must be a Registered Nurse from an accredited school and licensed in the State of Louisiana. Minimum of 5 years in Quality Improvement is preferred in addition to clinical experience. Familiar with a variety of the

field's concepts, practices, and procedures is required.
