Community Health Systems Clinical Coord in Siloam Springs, Arkansas

Description:

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Occupational Medicine clinic. Solves problems or directs customer to appropriate avenue for problem resolution. Review policy and procedure updates to integrate changes into workflow. Assists with scheduling employee shifts and ensures admitting and discharge functions are providing for optimal patient flow. May perform other administrative functions such as answering phones, responding to inquiries, providing customer service and making appointments. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Ensures clinic office provides an overall very satisfactory patient care experience. Reports to Clinic Practice Manager and works closely with Clinic Providers.

Qualifications

Requires prior clerical experience with preference in health care clinic setting. Requires High School diploma or equivalent. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
