Community Health Systems Clinical Data Analyst-CIN, Full Time, Monday-Friday in Springdale, Arkansas
This position provides high level technical and analytical support of data warehoused in the IT systems utilized by OPN and/or Overlake. This includes, but is not limited to, qualitative and quantitative analysis, trend analysis, payor reimbursement analysis, best practice care trending, and performance monitoring.
Minimal: Bachelor s degree in health related field patient care or business) or business related field with quantitative emphasis from an accredited college or university.
Preferred: Master s degree in healthcare administration, health information management, business management, behavioral statistics, or related field.
Minimal: 5 years of clinical care experience, practice management experience, or research experience. Familiarity with Statistical Analysis System (SAS).
Preferred: Experience utilizing large, patient database (i.e. electronic health records, administrative claims, adverse event report database) and quantitative analysis .
Preferred: Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA)
